Product Description: EZ MILL is a low inclusion processing aid for rolled and steam flaked grain including corn, sorghum, wheat, barley and oats.  EZ MILL is used to increase production and improve quality. EZ MILL lowers the surface tension of water and improves emulsification of the oils naturally found in grain.  This combination helps soften the grain, opening the pores of the kernels, improving moisture absorption and reducing soak time.  The result is improved heat transfer, lower amperage, fewer flake fines and improved quality. Use 2 to 4 oz. (61 to 122 gm) per ton of ration to be flaked or rolled.
