Super-Lube ® – Lubricant for Hard To Pellet Feeds
Product Description: A lubricant designed for use in hard to pellet feeds such as pig starters, high mineral rations, high fiber, high urea and high molasses feeds. It lubricates without destroying pellet quality, unlike fat or oil, and increases production rates reducing energy costs. A use level of 2 to 4 lb of Super-Lube per ton (1 to 2 kg per tonne) will equal 18 to 20 lb per ton (9 to 10 kg per tonne) of fat in lubrication. Super-Lube also works in extruded feeds to reduce extruder amperage.

Super-Lube® is a dry powder pellet feed lubricant that is added at the mixing stage prior to pelleting. It can be used to increase production rates, reduce fines (if replacing oil as a lubricant), or to run on lower amperage levels (save energy and lower friction heat).
